Rain Involved With Fraud?

I read on the Korea Herald that Rain is trying remove all claims and association with J Tune Entertainment.  He is denying he had anything to do with the company except being an investor.  "Investors claim that his latest response is just a 'sly excuse' in what was essentially a 'hit and run' job where he pocketed large sums of money far great than the total revenue the financially-strapped company has generated in the three years it has been in business." What does this mean for Rain? It seems the investors of J Tune Entertainment are suing Rain for fraud and embezzlement.  We'll have to see what Rain says about this later...
