Taeyang Releases a Teaser

Taeyang released a teaser for his album, and it's made his fans go wild. If you give a mouse a cookie...fueling the fire...TAEYANG NEEDS A GIRL SHIRT all apply to the uproar this teaser is causing. I feel sorry for DARA, it isn't her fault that YG Entertainment wanted her with Taeyang... and Taeyang is wearing "questionable clothing" (the quotes for uh... no clothing at all). On the other hand, I bet Dara wasn't totally upset when she heard she had to be with Taeyang so intimately. But I think Dara was thinking this during the filming of Taeyangs MV: (her thoughts under the cut)...

While Dara should stay inside for a while, Taeyang should be promoting his new album, Solar.

Did you see his shirt? It says he "needs a girl." Just because of that message, fan girl crazy has gone up ten-fold. Taeyang is a good teaser; AND HE'S SINGLE, FAN GIRLS. LOOK AT THE PICTURE BELOW!

Anyways, July 1st is going to be an awesome day with Taeyang's Solar album release, and it's the day we're going to the Wonder Girl's concert in SF. DID YOU KNOW YOU CAN'T TAKE A CAMERA WITH YOU? But that's why we have phones ;). and apparently you can't bring babies.... Did you guys notice that Taeyang is growing a mustache?

Kim Hyun Joong Leaves SS501

Kim Hyun Joong has confirmed that he will be leaving the double S group. He is assumed to be taking an acting career with KeyEast. Questions now arise of what will happen to the rest of the group. Negativity and sorrow surrounds double S fans as this unexpected twist raves the K-Pop Internet. Will the rest of SS501 be able to move on or will they disband for good?

DSP Entertainment's ending contract with Kim Hyun Joong was prominent in the months leading up to June 7th, 2010. Rumors were common in the time leading up to the leader's leaving, and a path diverged two ways: an unofficial renewal of SS501's contract, or Kim Hyun Joong's departure from SS501. Fans are still in shock by the final outcome as it was "unexpected" or "unpredictable."

SS501's final disbandment has now become an official rumor, sweeping the K-Pop scene. With so many successes, it seems SS501 couldn't disband, but without their leader, what could happen? Fan are upset saying "What happened to five members united as one forever?" It's true, leaving double S may mean disloyalty to SS501, but maybe there was no other possibility for Kim Hyun Joong.

Kim Hyun Joong's new-founded acting career may be a major breakthrough because of his success with the Korean drama Boys Over Flowers, but what about the other members?

SS501 has received numerous awards over the years including "Best Asian Artist" and "Best Dance Group" awards. Their contract expiring was a looming reminder that SS501's time as a group may be over. Their next move is unknown, but fans of SS501, including the authors at KPop Central, are trying to cope with what's happened in the past few days.

Super Junior's Repackaged Album

Super Junior released their repackaged album with 4 new songs. "No Other" has already been released. Their other songs are called, "All My Heart" and "Short Journey". In "Short Journey" there are only 5 people singing. In "All My Heart" it was composed by Henry Lau (Super Junior M) and Leetuek. Their 4th song is a remix of Shake It Up. Check them out! It seems as though their vocals are getting stronger (my opinion). These news songs have a nice tempo catchy beat. It seems as though in "All My Heart", Henry (from Super Junior M) is included in this song. Aww so was this the surprise that he was talking about? Plus in Short Journey, Kangin was included in this song... before he goes to the Army :( I'm gonna miss him. Support them by buying their album! More under the cut!

Happy Birthday Seohyun!

This is my FAVORITE SNSD member of all time! Not that it's going to affect the way I talk about her in this post... cough. But without Seohyun, SNSD would fall apart because they would be lacking the nicest smile/eyes/facial shape in the entire group! The quality of their music/dancing/performances would not go down by one-ninth, but by EIGHT-NINTHS. But that's just me. Seohyun knows how to play the piano along with the things she does with SNSD (singing/dancing). Seohyun is the youngest of the group, but that doesn't limit her ability to show her talents~!

Park Jung Min and Kim Hyung Jun are in Taiwan.

Park Jung Min and Kim Hyung Jun are in Taiwan for the Golden Melody Awards. They arrived in Taiwan at 7:30 pm (4:30 am here in America). The Golden Melody Awards are being held on June 26, 2010 in the Taipei Arena. Jung Min and Hyung Jun will be attending the red carpet ceremony and will be presenting the Best Group and Best Composer awards. Here is a video showing the two arriving in Taiwan.

Super Junior's New Track

Super Junior is just about finished promoting their new album Bonamana. However it was announced that they would have a repackaged album with 4 new songs. They just released their first song from the repackaged album called "No Other". Its has a very nice melody and beat to it. After their promotions with Bonamana end, they will continue to promote their new track "No Other". Keep waiting for the other 3 songs soon to be released!

South Korea is moving on to Top 16!

South Korea along with Argentina is moving on to the Top 16 in the World Cup. Their first game was against Greece, they won 2-0. South Korea had their next game against Argentina, where they lost 1-4. Today they had their last game to determine whether they move on or not, against Nigeria. They had tie 2-2, however they still get to move on to Top 16. Many Korean stars are happy and excited for them. Before the World Cup began, many Kpop stars made songs and music videos to show their pride and excitement for the world cup. For example, Kara's "We're With You", T-ara's "We Are The One", 2AM's "No. 1", 2PM's "What’s your Celebration", Sistar’s “We Never Go Alone”, etc. Many K-pop artists have performed a concert on street to show their spirit for their “Warriors”. It sure is a joyful time for the South Koreans.

I believe Dara is talking about Taeyang (YoungBaega), and she's saying basically that she's happy to be there and she's saying that Taeyang can make his woman fans "melt." Lolol, with Google Translate, this little passage becomes some kind of new research effort to decode some unknown language to man. Anyways, I NEED A TRANSLATOR. SS501 Newton Fanmeeting/Concert

On June 13, 2010 SS501 surprised their fans with a concert, singing 8 songs at the Seoul Times Square. The fans first watched a 20 minute pre-recording of SS501's message to their fans. Then SS501 came out and performed some songs. As they talked to their fans, slowly emotions started to become overwhelming. It was a tearful yet blissful fanmeeting. It was nice to see them support each other and have the support of their fans. Since their contract has ended, there has been a lot of confusion and difficulties for them. So lets continue to support them no matter what decision they make. SS501 fighting! Videos under cut.

To clear things up, they were crying not because their going to break up, but because they are so grateful for the 5 years they had together and fans supporting them continuously. Also since they feel sorry for their fans, that they cannot spend so much time with them since they go overseers very often. Overall....crying out of happiness :)
