Jo Kwon makes is solo debut on Music Bank with "I'm Da One"

Jo Kwon has finally made solo debut with "I'm Da One" on Music Bank after teasing fans for over a week now.  Similar to his MV, Jo Kwon carries a high level of energy and charisma into his solo debut performance.  With a colorful outfit and spicy choreography, Jo Kwon delivers a great first solo performance.

But my question is: Where are the 19 cm heels? I'm disappointed!

Jo Kwon releases pictures of his 19.5 cm heels

2AM's Jo Kwon stated last week that he wanted to wear 19.5 inch heels for his solo debut and now he just posted pictures on his Twitter showing his fans the heels.  Steel-studded and extremely tall, these heels look not only like a pain to wear, but much more a pain to perform in.  It is unknown how Jo Kwon will be able to walk, much less perform with these heels.

Jo Kwon plans to wear 7.6 inch heels for solo debut

2AM's Jo Kwon has stated that he wants to wear 19.5 cm heels (~7.6 inches) for his solo comeback stage.  Being 5' 8", it doesn't seem that Jo Kwon really NEEDS to be wearing these heels.  But because of his previous experiences with heels, Jo Kwon feels like he could perform in such heels.  Jo Kwon states that he wants to do something unique and show his true abilities.

Jo Kwon's "I'm Da One" is already placed 22 on Melon's chart -- the song was released less than a day ago.

Ouch, wearing 7-8 inch heels while performing.  Do any girl groups even do this?

Jo Kwon solo debuts with "I'm Da One" MV

2AM's Jo Kwon has recently released an MV for a song in his solo debut album, "I'm Da One". Although "I'm Da One" is not the title track of the album (that is "Animal"), "I'm Da One" was the track in album that had an MV released for it.  "I'm Da One" matches Jo Kwon's jubilant personality and shows off a more carefree attitude.  Although the MV has fans questioning what the meaning of the MV really is, many fans believe that the filming was well done.

All of the 2AM members have shown support for Jo Kwon's solo debut.  Changmin stated "As much as his efforts, I am looking forward to his marvelous stage!"

After being released only a couple hours ago, the Youtube video for "I'm Da One" has already achieved over 2,400 thumbs up.  The view counter has lost track of views.

2AM in the Philippines

JoKwon re-tweeted a post from Bang Woo Jung that includes 2AM's performance in Manila, Philippines.  2AM is currently touring the Philippines with Saint O' Clock. 2AM fans got to meet 2AM personally with fan meets; there is even at least one free concert at a mall in the Philippines.  JoKwon got 2AM fans in the Philippines excited by posting pictures and expressing his own excitement over Twitter.  JoKwon announced that this would be his first time (and 2AM's first time) in the Philippines.   Fans have asked 2AM to come to the Philippines ever since 2AM debuted in 2008.  Hopefully 2AM will continue to spread the K-pop fever all around the world.

2AM Shows Off Their New Look

Jokwon posted this picture on his Twitter today. 2AM just came back with their Saint O'Clock album release.  They seem to be at some kind of buffet...  om nom nom; Hair cut ready 2AM!

Jo Kwon is a pretty active Twitterer, posting pictures and updating on everything his fans are interested in (cough, his Men Health photos for example :D).  Jo Kwon recently posted a concept photo for Saint O'Clock.  2AM releases their album on October 26th, which means HYPE HYPE HYPE.  Their concept is seems strictly black and white, judging by their clothing choices. 2AM is finally back!

Jo Kwon gave us a teaser of the Men's Health magazine issue that featured him, but now he's given us whole pictures of himself :D.  Fans have commented with things such as "WHOA!" "AMAZING" and "IS THAT YOU?" and I have to agree, Jo Kwon looks extremely beastly in these pictures!

As many of you guys know, the "Idol Star Athletic Championships" are coming soon. That is next week, September 22nd soon. Jo Kwon recently tweeted on his twitter a picture of him and 2PM's WooYoung sleeping. Don't they look so cute? OK, maybe that is just me.. Here is the original message Jo Kwon posted with this photo:
