SHINee's "Hello" Teaser

Fangirls go crazy.... NOW! SHINee has had a lot of activity recently! Beast's "SOOM" MV Released

BEAST has just released their MV "SOOM" on Youtube! They have finally come back! The MV begins with a ballad-like feel with slow moves, but interchanges later in the song with a ballad feel and a hard-core dark amp sound... yes, a dark amp sound (I don't know how else to explain it).  BEAST has returned with some kind of military/noir theme for their comeback. After watching the MV and listening to the song, I'm thinking a better title would be "I Can't Breathe" or "Breathe."  Now, wouldn't that be confusing? Cough cough.

Taeyang's Vacation Continues

Yesterday we posted about Taeyang's time off... well here it is continued :D.  What is Taeyang's destination today? It's Cheongiyeon waterfall! Where might this be located you ask?  Apparently, it's located on South Korea's biggest island, Jeju-Island.  Sounds like a great place to just kick back and relax...

4Minute On Ceci Magazine

 4minute is going to be in Ceci Magazine's October monthly edition. The girls look absolutely stunning in the photoshoot, :D, like always.  They are posing in pretty normal clothes and with cute doggies.  4minute has been on the 2010 Chuseok Special Idol Star Track and Field Championships that had recently aired.  4minute has not been doing many album or song work recently however, but we can wait because 4minute is worth it the wait, right guys? :D

Kim Hyung Jun Fanmeeting at Taiwan

Kim Hyung Jun will be holding a fanmeeting in Taiwan on October 24, on Sunday. Tickets will be online to buy on October 1st at Warner Online Store. There will be a total of 2000 tickets, 3 different ones. It will be held in the Taiwan NTU Sports Center. Now I wish I can go visit Taiwan...

Well Needed Rest for Taeyang

Hello there! It's been a bit since I posted something here.
Surfing through twitter I came across a tweet from Taeyang. Here is his message:
Finally a much needed vacation!! Time to recharge my batteries and comeback with a Bang!!!

Two pictures were also attached to his tweet. Looks like Taeyang founded some much needed rest! :] Hmmm, it sounds like there will be a comeback soon by the sound of his message. Let's wish him some great rest! Also be sure to follow him on twitter at Realtaeyang.

MissA Releases "Breathe" MV

missA shows off their diversity of style with their new song and MV "Breathe." The song has a catchy reggae feel to it and has already reached #5 on certain charts even though it's been released for only one day.  The song has a totally different feel than "Bad Girl Good Girl", and really shows missA's range of talent.  Whether it's the steel drum sound or the feel of a Brazilian carnival, missA does not disappoint.  missA fans, rejoice!! xD

Connect With Jay Park On His Website

Jay Park's website was under major construction for the longest time, but it has finally finished construction and is now open for all Jay Park fans. The website contains a few pictures, a schedule of Jay Parks upcoming events, and a video page that has all of his Youtube videos.  According to his website, his next event is on October 2nd at the Korean Drama Festival.  You guys can check out his website here.

2PM's November Debut in Japan

With all the recent success with girl groups such as Kara and Girl's Generation in Japan, it seems that 2PM is following the trend of international success.  Their debut in Japan is set for November;  they are planning to not only to debut with new songs, but remake some of their own songs as well.  The debut in November will "coincide with the release of the Japanese version of the group's 2009 album '01:59PM.'" K-pop is going to Japan! :D.

Idol In The Middle Of The Night Photos

A new variety show/program called "Idol In The Middle of the Night" is going to air end of September. They will feature DJ DOC member Kim ChangRyul, SS501 member Kim HyungJun, HwangBo, Eun JiWon, Cool member Kim SungSu, as show on the first picture. The second picture is the rookie group Infinite. 

MBC Plus Media's representative left a message, "Heart throbbing. What is this new concept program about? With the appearance of great guests, it is already gaining much anticipation."

Kim Hyung Joon once again covers another song on Music High. This time its by his "ideal type" (for the longest time), Boa. He changed up the lyrics...as usual...and I'm pretty sure I heard him say "ramyun"... lol. I guess he's hungry?

G-Dragon Endorses in LG's ‘Optimus One With Google’

According to the spokesman of LG on 17th, GDragon has finished shooting ‘Optimus One With Google’ CF as the spokesperson of the new smart phone which will be only be sold in the second half of this year.

BIGBANG has shot CF for LG in the past, they have shot the CFs of ‘Lollipop’ and ‘Crystal Phone’

‘Optimus One with Google’ will be sold in the beginning of the next month and it is said to designed to be one of the latest smart phone with very hi-tec functions. Since it is targeted at female buyers, pink would be the color of the phone.

Seulong Posts a 2AM Group Photo!

Seulong posted a picture on his Twitter that shows 2AM chilling out in what seems to be... a very nice camping truck :O.  His tweet (I used multiple translators...) seems to say something along the lines of, we're in a camping truck, we wish you the best from South Korea, 2AM.  Hmm, if anything finds a better translation, please do tell me. :D

Youtube Version of Playful Kiss

Official Statement:

Korean TV series “Naughty Kiss” starring popular singer and actor Kim Hyun-joong will be turned into an online version which will show on video-sharing website YouTube starting November.

A press conference was held at Google Korea’s headquarters in Seoul on Wednesday, announcing that the TV show’s producer Group 8 and YouTube owner Google have agreed to create a YouTube version of the series originally based on Japanese comic “Itazura na Kiss.”

The two parties explained that seven ten-minute long episodes, with the same cast and director from the TV show but with new or additional details, will be newly shot and distributed through an exclusive channel on YouTube, allowing viewers from across the world to watch the show.

“This is an innovative attempt through which a domestic drama broadcast on a public network will newly be produced into an online version, and it has significance in that it will diversify the channel through which video contents are distributed,” Group 8 CEO Song Byung-joon remarked.

Starting early October, when the channel for the YouTube version of “Naughty Kiss” opens, viewers will be able to submit entries for story idea contributions as well as take part in an event recruiting subtitle creators for the show from various country.

Directed by Hwang In-roi of “Goong” (MBC, 2006) and “The Return of the Iljimage” (MBC, 2009) fame, Kim and actress Jung So-min star in the TV show on air since early this month on major Korean broadcaster MBC.

Kim plays the role of Baek Sung-jo, the all-around Mr. Perfect-type character who ends up falling in love with a girl always getting into trouble, taken on by Jung.

While the original Japanese comic series has sold over 27 million copies in Japan and has been made into animation in Japan and a top-rated television drama in Taiwan, “Naughty Kiss” was sold to 12 countries across the world ahead of its premiere.

As many of you guys know, the "Idol Star Athletic Championships" are coming soon. That is next week, September 22nd soon. Jo Kwon recently tweeted on his twitter a picture of him and 2PM's WooYoung sleeping. Don't they look so cute? OK, maybe that is just me.. Here is the original message Jo Kwon posted with this photo:

2NE1 Overworked And Disrespected

Although I'm personally really biased against posting about allkpop motherblog posts (anyone can go to their motherblog and read whatever), I wanted to post rant about two articles on their website.  One article states that Park Bom is in the hospital from being overworked; the other states that 2NE1 was hogging up too much time on SBS's Inkigayo.

Viewers complained that they were watching 2NE1 the whole time and that they'd rather watch other rookie bands ... Well, if they were complaining about it; there's an easy solution to this: turn the channel.

Companies complained about favoritism to YG Entertainment ... SBS runs their own TV show, you don't like what's there? Find another TV entertainment company.

What's terrible is that Park Bom is receiving an IV drip because she was overworked.  She's working hard to make a good come back for 2NE1 and their fans.  The least we can do is say thank you. :D

Wonder Girls Meet Omarion

Omarion meets more K-pop stars! After meeting B2ST, Omarion has just met the Wonder Girls.  The Wonder Girls were at the Adidas Y-3 show and met with Omarion there.  The Wonder Girls are meeting everyone! From Katy Perry to the Jonas Brothers to Omarion. Maybe this will promote K-pop in America! :D.

2NE1 Releases "Go Away" MV

2NE1 released their "Go Away" MV and the video was very well done, in my opinion.  In the MV, CL acts as the race car driver girlfriend of an abusive boyfriend.  As the song's name goes, 2NE1 wants  for CL's boyfriend to "Go Away."  This MV involves the HITTING OF CL, WTF. Luckily, the guy gets what's coming to him at the end. What is it? You have to watch the MV to find out.

Yenny Goes Shopping

Spain Book, and had a photoshoot/interview/etc called "I'm David". Kim Hyung Joon is going to participate in Song Seung Hoon's fanmeeting and also is opening up a new company with his little brother, Kim Ki Bum, called HnB Company, and he also tweeted recently about the company. Heo Young Saeng is busying learning how to use twitter ^^. Kim Kyu Jong posted a message on DSP for his fans. Park Jung Min is going to act in a Japan Musical and has tweeted and facebooked many times. I'll post some pictures that were attached to the activities. 1st Episode of Playful Kiss!!

First episode is OUT!!!!!!! Viikii has the episode with english subs if you need them :) haha. It was good news that the drama was still going to air today despite the strike going on. However, there has been low ratings for the first episode :( surprisingly.... since Kim Hyun Joong is in it lol.... anyways im sure it will improve. G.NA had already release it's first OST for the drama called Kiss Me. Kim Hyun Joong will also be releasing an OST for it. It was already previewed in the 1st episode so I guess it will be released pretty soon. Kim Hyun Joong's acting skills improved a lot so those of you who haven't seen well...go watch it!
